2. How do I set up Starlink?

1. Find a clear view of the sky.
2. Use the “Check for Obstructions” tool on the Starlink app to find the best install location.
3. Plug Starlink into power.
4. Wait for it to connect to satellites.
5. Let Starlink automatically level itself to search for satellites.
6. For Starlink Standard, use the Alignment Tool to position it.
7. Connect to high-speed Starlink internet from your device.
Your Starlink may need to download the latest software for optimal performance, which will happen automatically overnight. If you experience issues, check the Starlink app for alerts.

3. How do I download the Starlink App?

You can download the Starlink app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for “Starlink” and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app on your mobile device.

4. What comes in my Starlink Kit?

Orders typically ship within a few weeks of purchase, but shipping times may vary depending on your location and current demand. You can track the status of your order on the Starlink website.

6. How do I activate my Starlink?

  1. Go to www.starlink.com/activate.
  2. Enter your Starlink Identifier.
  3. Select “New Account” or “Existing Account” based on your situation.
  4. Enter your address.
  5. Choose your service.
  6. Enter your contact and billing information.
  7. Select “Place Order” to activate your service immediately.

Your Starlink service statement will generate automatically every 30 days. If you encounter any issues, contact support.

Starlink App:

  1. Log into your account on the Starlink App.
  2. Select the ‘Person’ icon.
  3. Choose your Starlink service from the horizontal list.
  4. Select “Manage Subscription.”
  5. Click “Change Service Plan.”
  6. Select the desired service plan. By switching plans, you accept the terms and conditions of the new plan.

Changes to a higher-cost plan take effect immediately and you’ll be charged a pro-rated cost based on the difference and time remaining in your billing cycle. Changes to a lower-cost plan take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Changes to a plan of the same cost are immediate at no extra cost. Changing from a Mobile plan to a Fixed (Standard, Priority) plan is possible if capacity is available. If not, the option won’t be available. Pricing varies by market based on currency, taxes, and local conditions. If the “Change Service Plan Option” isn’t available, contact customer support.

9. Where is the Starlink Standard Kit available?

The Starlink Standard Kit is available for purchase on the Starlink website and at select retailers. Availability may vary depending on your location.
